The TechMeetsTrader Venture Studio is a fund designed to acquire equity in emerging companies without deploying capital from the principal balance. To do so, the Venture Studio generates revenue from market neutral cryptocurrency investment strategies (the “Principal Balance Strategy”) and uses those profits to fund venture capital activity (the “Venture Strategy”). Doing this allows for high risk venture investments without the risk of investing your principal directly. This also uniquely allows our investors to withdraw their principal balance provided to the fund after our lock up expiration if they so choose.
